Department In-Charge

Job Summary: responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets, met high quality, safety & efficiency standards. Involves supervising machine operators & technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, managing materials & minimize downtime.

Production Management: plan organize, monitor all daily operations to achieve daily& monthly production targets. Oversee set-up, start-up & shutdown of all machines & related equipment.

Quality Control: ensure meet required quality standards, coordinate with QC Dept. to address defects.

Equipment Maintenance: coordinate with Maintenance dept. for preventive & corrective maintenance of machines

Team Supervision: Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction, waste elimination & productivity improvement. Support implementation of 5S practices.

Safety Compliance: enforce compliance with company safety policies & regulatory standards, conduct regular safety audits & toolbox meetings. ensure proper handling & disposal of materials in accordance with environmental regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree of diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or (equivalent technical field)

At least 2 years in supervisory or in-charge position preferred

Strong knowledge on molding machines, materials & tooling

Good leadership, communication & decision making skills
