Are you passionate about retail, customer service, and leading a team to success? We're looking for an energetic and driven Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability to maximize sales
• Plan and execute promotional activities to drive department performance
• Prepare team rosters and manpower schedules to support operational needs
• Coach, train, and develop team members through on-the-job training
• Ensure excellent merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing, and product displays
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and customer service
• Support daily store operations and undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to handle products weighing up to 10-15kg
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
