Department Manager – Management Information System

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing overall aspects of regular daily, weekly and monthly reports; delinquency/roll rates, performance and productivity for the inhouse collector, FCR and outsource agency.
2. Gather information and results to support the collection team, prepare an executive report and propose to top management.
3. Ensure the efficiency and correctness of Calculate incentive and commission payout.
4. Design and develop data visualization, dashboards, to support business comprehend data and make critical decisions.
5. Cooperate with related parties both internal & external on collection management issues or business target.
6. Ensuring data security and integrity across all platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or master’s degree in statistics, economics, computer sciences, business computers or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or related fields.
3. Computer-literate in MS Office applications, proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or any related analytic tools.
4. Good command in English (communication with internal and external)
5. Strong negotiation, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
