Department Manager – Packaging Design

Key Responsibility:

• Own artwork and graphic design for the Own Brand range in the assigned category squad — brief, artwork development, proofing and approval to print.
• Maintain brand-consistent design to the standards set by the Packaging Design chapter.
• Manage reprint, discontinuation (write-off) and relaunch of packaging artwork.
• Deliver design work committed in the squad backlog and escalate blockers early.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Graphic / Packaging Design or related field
• 5-7 years in packaging or brand design, retail or FMCG
• Proficient in design software and pre-press / print process
• Strong eye for brand consistency and shelf stand-out
