Department Support Officer - Pharmacy

Temporary part time opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support to help keep Pharmacy services running smoothly.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Provide high-level administrative support within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, helping deliver quality outcomes across Pharmacy services.
Work autonomously with flexibility and ownership, managing priorities and achieving key deadlines.
Coordinate a diverse range of administrative, recruitment and payroll activities that contribute to smooth department operations.
Build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders through professional communication and customer-focused service.
Develop valuable skills in healthcare information systems and administrative processes within a leading health service.
