About the Deployment Associate Program

The Deployment Associate is one of the most pivotal roles across Rogo's GTM org. Evaluations are where our deals are won or lost, and Deployment Associates sit at the center of them - inside live accounts at the world's most sophisticated financial institutions. You work to make the value undeniable: getting users live fast, turning power users into champions, and building the evidence that drives the buying decision.

In this role, you combine product mastery and domain expertise with a client-facing, forward-deployed motion. Rogo promotes from within, and this program is built as a direct feeder into our Account Executive and pre-sales domain expert seats. If you want to learn how enterprise AI actually gets bought on Wall Street - from inside the account, not from the pitch - there is no faster path.

What You Will Own

• Achieve true product mastery across the entire Rogo platform - workflows, skills, agents, integrations, and the competitive landscape - and become a trusted resource in live client conversations
• Get users working quickly. Support onboarding, confirm access and run tailored individual or group sessions. Identify inactive users and address friction early rather than waiting for the client to raise it
• Drive adoption and build champions. Run office hours, proactively engage users and help them identify repeatable use cases. Build relationships with people who can explain Rogo’s value to colleagues and decision-makers.
• Make the evaluation evidence clear. Track engagement, successful workflows, client feedback and measurable impact. Partner with the AE on a readout that explains what worked, what remains unresolved, and the value demonstrated.
• Improve how we deploy. Keep account notes, commitments and handoffs accurate. Share recurring client needs with Product and contribute reusable examples, playbooks and lessons that improve the next evaluation.

What You Will Need

• BA/BS degree
• 2 to 4 years of work experience, either in a client-facing sales role or in investment banking or a finance-adjacent field such as private equity, asset management, consulting, or fintech. Client-facing experience across both is preferred
• Financial fluency: you understand how investment professionals work and can connect a product capability to a useful research, analysis or deliverable workflow
• The ability to go deep on product: you can master a complex platform quickly and explain it simply and credibly to a sophisticated audience
• Strong communication and executive presence; you can hold your own in a room with Managing Directors, Portfolio Managers and C-Suite Executives
• Clear ambition to make an impact on the GTM team - this role is the on-ramp to a quota-carrying sales or pre-sales seat
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and financial workflows
