Deployment Engineer

Our client is building an AI-native cybersecurity platform for lean security teams. This role makes the product work inside real customer environments connecting to their toolchain, mapping their data, building workflows, and troubleshooting when things break.

What You'll Do

• Configure integrations with customer systems (cloud platforms, IdPs, ticketing, vulnerability scanners, CI/CD)
• Onboard customer log sources end-to-end parsers, normalisation, validation
• Debug integration and ingestion failures, sometimes live with the customer
• Build workflows and security program modules tailored to customer needs (alert triage, vulnerability management, compliance reporting, etc.)
• Tune AI agent behaviour and escalation logic per customer
• Handle post-sale tenant onboarding access policies, data ingestion, compliance mapping
• Write runbooks and document every deployment

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years in a hands-on technical role: SIEM/XDR implementation, MSSP analyst with automation exposure, or data/cloud/DevOps engineer working directly in customer environments
• Has personally onboarded customer data into a platform end-to-end (log sources, credentials, parsers, go-live)
• Comfortable with REST, GraphQL, SCIM, webhooks, OAuth 2.0
• Scripting/debugging ability (Python or equivalent)
• Bonus: SOC/SIEM/SOAR background, identity & access exposure (SAML, SCIM, RBAC), AppSec tooling, or LLM product experience

• Documents proactively, comfortable with messy real-world environments, can work from a rough brief
