Deployment Strategist

Who you are

• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex systems and data architectures
• Experience driving adoption of technical products within engineering organizations
• Excellence in stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations
• Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various audiences
• Background in aerospace, autonomous systems, or other hardware domains is a plus
• Understanding of data pipelines and streaming architectures
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP)
• Experience with Python or similar programming languages
• Knowledge of telemetry systems and time-series data
• Understanding of REST APIs and modern web technologies

• As a Deployment Strategist at SIFT, you'll work at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, ensuring our platform delivers maximum value to sophisticated engineering organizations
• You will closely partner with our customers, uncover high-value problems, and direct the path towards adoption and transformational solutions
• Own the outcome of complex implementations for enterprise customers
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to design robust technical solutions that meet our customer needs
• Build deep trust across engineers, end‑users, and executives to clear roadblocks and accelerate progress
• Drive adoption across technical teams by demonstrating value and establishing implementation roadmaps
• Work in tight collaboration with the product team to inform the future of the product
• Design and run pilots that demonstrate massive value and a vision for long-term success
