Deliver and deploy equipment to end users

Collect returned, recycled, or decommissioned hardware from sites

Manage e-waste and equipment recycling in compliance with company and environmental policies

End User Support

Support a large user base (approx. 1,000 end users, including a significant operational workforce and 300–400 administrative users)

Act as a point of contact for hardware deployment and basic troubleshooting

Provide guidance to end users on equipment setup and usage

Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, OS, and configuration-related issues

Operations & Documentation

Maintain accurate tracking of all activities including inventory logs and service tickets

Ensure consistent follow-up on outstanding tasks and requests

Work in a structured, repeatable process-driven environment

Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in a computer technician or deployment role

Strong experience with device builds, imaging, and hardware troubleshooting
