RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and control all depot activities, including administration, inventory management, storage, and product delivery.
• Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication and coordination with external parties.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets set by management.
• Handle complaints and depot-related issues effectively and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Diploma degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Depot Head or Assistant Depot Head.
• Strong understanding of depot operational activities.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Honest, persistent, humble, and hardworking.
• Placement in Dumai.
• Working days: Monday to Friday.
