Role Purpose

Responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role leads analytics initiatives, develops reporting solutions, maintains data quality and governance, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1)       Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business growth opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track business performance and operational efficiency.

2)       Dashboard Development & Reporting

• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.

3)       Data Modelling & Process Optimization

• Develop data models and analytical solutions to support business requirements.
• Apply analytical and forecasting techniques to improve decision-making.
• Automate and optimize data workflows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

4)       Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

• Collaborate with business teams to understand objectives and translate requirements into effective data solutions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with experience leading analytics initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to data quality and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to business stakeholders
