What they need
Muller & Phipps is looking for Depot Accountant Faisalabad.
- -Monitoring of receivables
- Fund management & bank reconciliation
- Bank account management
- Ensure the clearance of daily outstanding report
- Debit/Credit notes preparation in the system
- Reconciliation of customers’ accounts where needed
- – Timely recovery of trade receivables
- Timely reporting of insurance claims
- Maintenance of petty cash funds and vouchers
- Monitoring of inventory, in/out, monthly/fortnightly stock taking
- Monitoring of fixed assets
- Payroll related matters
- Ensure internal controls
- Ensure that SOPs are followed
- Principal billing
- Cash collection & collection posting in the system if the relevant person is not available
Education: Bachelors
Exp: 4 to 5 years of experience.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
