Saros Consulting is seeking an experienced Depot Deployment Project Manager to join our team leading infrastructure delivery across depot, warehouse and supply chain environments throughout Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.

This role is focused on delivering the technical infrastructure required to support operational go-live. You will coordinate site readiness, connectivity, end-user computing, RF devices, scanners, printers and supporting infrastructure required for warehouse management, automation and operational technology solutions.

This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination and regular travel to deployment sites during key phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead depot and warehouse infrastructure deployments from site readiness through to operational handover
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, carrier circuits and supporting infrastructure
• Coordinate deployment of RF handheld devices, warehouse scanners, label printers and end-user computing equipment
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, cutovers and operational readiness activities
• Coordinate with warehouse management, automation, robotics and integration teams
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors and site delivery partners
• Provide clear reporting to programme leadership and senior stakeholders
• Support service transition, hypercare and post-go-live stabilisation activities

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering depot, warehouse, distribution centre or supply chain technology deployments
• Strong project management experience in operational environments
• Experience managing infrastructure readiness, cutover and operational handover
• Knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi deployments
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and infrastructure vendors
• Experience delivering projects across multiple locations or countries
• Ability to travel across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe as required
