Qualification: Graduate / Diploma with relevant experience in depot, warehouse or supply chain operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for Depot Officers to support day-to-day depot operations at our locations in Pune, Nashik, Nagpur and Aurangabad. The candidate should have hands-on experience in inward & outward operations, GRN, billing and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inward and outward activities at the depot.
• Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for incoming materials.
• Handle billing and dispatch-related documentation.
• Perform SAP transactions related to depot operations.
• Coordinate with transporters, sales teams and internal supply chain teams for dispatches.
• Ensure proper documentation for material receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock and transaction records in SAP.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
• Support physical stock verification and resolve basic stock/documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain depot records, reports and operational documents.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline within the depot.
