About the Role

Aramex Central Otago has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Depot Supervisor. In this role you will support the Regional Manager in overseeing courier fleet performance, driver compliance, health and safety, service quality, and daily depot operations across the Cromwell and Queenstown sub-depots. You'll act as a key link between drivers, depot teams, and customers to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and promote a strong health and safety culture across depot operations.
• Monitor and improve courier and driver performance against service standards and KPIs.
• Investigate and resolve service delivery issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges.
• Conduct driver coaching, training, inductions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure vehicle, compliance, security, and uniform standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with customer service teams, drivers, franchisees, and depot staff to achieve operational excellence.

To be successful in this role:

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, courier, warehousing, or operational supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to make decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• A commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
