Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Early and late shifts between 6:00am and 8:00pm. Specific shift pattern to be discussed at interview.

We are looking for a dependable Depot Supervisor to join our growing team in Cradley Heath.

The Role

You will help oversee the day-to-day running of the depot, support the warehouse team and ensure customer orders are handled safely, accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes responsibility, leads by example and is willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the warehouse team throughout the working day.
• Organise workloads and ensure tasks are completed properly.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, loaded and dispatched accurately.
• Maintain good stock control and accurate records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and encourage others to do the same.
• Deal with problems sensibly and ask for support when needed.
• Learn our processes and help improve the way the depot operates.

Previous warehouse or supervisory experience would be beneficial, but the right attitude, integrity and willingness to learn are what matter most.
