Introduction:
About the role:
Reporting to the Line Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration duties of the Wondai Depot.

20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, flexible start time between 8 am and 11 am.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• General administration
• Depot office and forecourt maintenance/cleaning
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Assisting the Depot Supervisor and the Driver with the day-to-day operations of the Depot.
• Flexibility to cover ad hoc full days as required

Your skills and experience include:

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Initiative and problem solving skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
• Strong focus on compliance processes and safety
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Customer service focused and the ability to work well within a team
• Previous administration experience
