Relevant years of exp: Candidates with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of

experience in Banking, insurance or Telecom with an experience in

franchise or dealer appointment with a team handing experience of 3+

years is a must.

The Ideal candidate will be travelling within Maharashtra – Pune,

Western Maharashtra, Thane, Nasik, Khandesh.

Job Responsibilities:

* Appointing new franchisees

* Get new admissions for franchisees

* To achieve new children’s registrations

* Retaining of existing business/ Kids

* People management

* Handling and growing the SIP business in the region by improving the profitability of

the state.

The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive

knowledge of the Maharashtra market.

No of Employee Teammembers to be managed–7
