DEPUTY DESIGN MANAGER

What we need from you:

◾Strong demonstrated knowledge (10+ years) experience in Design within the Marine Industry

◾Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.

◾Proficient in engineering and design software, including Maxsurf, Strand7, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

◾Strong understanding of classification society rules, flag state regulations, statutory requirements, and relevant marine industry standards.

◾Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams.

◾Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

◾Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

◾Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound engineering judgment.
