Responsible for co-managing the corporate vertical.

Ownership for effectively leading a team and client portfolios, demonstrating excellent people management skills.

Strategic thinking, problem solving and advisory skills to engage effectively with clients and media.

Responsibilities:

Managing the key clients effectively.

Work closely with the team to develop and execute client s monthly deliverables

Help the company with new business development initiatives

Ensure specific individual KRAs are met for the team members.

Create effective monthly/quarterly communication plans the clients

Ensure transparent communication across team and with clients

Provide timely feedback to the team members and ensuring high performance and delivery of quality work

Develop an environment that promotes ownership and accountability at all levels

Ensure high client satisfaction and achieve organization goals enlisted by company time to time.
