Deputy General Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards in the textile & apparel manufacturing unit.
• Manage a team of HR professionals to maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for manpower planning, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop policies and procedures that align with company goals.

Job Requirements :

• 13-25 years of experience in human resources or related field (Manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., POSH).
• Proven track record in managing large teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
