I . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Revenue

• Develop and execute business plans for Freight Transport, Warehousing, and Logistics to drive growth and market share in Southern Vietnam.
• Oversee overall BD and sales strategy; lead operations to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Build, maintain, and expand strategic partnerships and key client accounts.
• Directly report to ownership on company business performance.

2. Operations Management & Quality Control

• Direct logistics operations and supervise back-office support functions.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction; oversee CRM and resource allocation.
• Restructure and streamline operational workflows for optimal team efficiency.

3. Internal Governance & Leadership

• Standardize, evaluate, and continuously improve internal processes.
• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams to elevate capacity and execution speed.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Transport, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in C-level/Senior Executive roles (COO, BD Director, Deputy CEO, or CEO) within logistics companies.
• Strong drive, decisive leadership, and adaptability to spearhead organizational change.
