- 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, E&I, and Utilities operations.
- Lead plant maintenance operations to enhance asset reliability and manufacturing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and maintenance challenges.
- Utilize SAP/ERP systems for maintenance planning, asset management, and inventory optimization.
- Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to drive operational improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in any discipline
