The Deputy Manager - CAT Axis will be responsible for managing and executing key initiatives within the CAT (Customer Acquisition and Technology) team. Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or a related field, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Experience with project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools will be an advantage.
