Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Executive - Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, addressing queries, providing policy-related information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with insurance-related queries, policy details, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and claim processes.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is preferred.
• Voice process experience is mandatory.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve defined service levels.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of insurance products and processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM systems.
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
