What they need
- PhD in Solid state chemistry.
- 7-10+ year Industrial experience in developing Novel polymorph/Cocrystal/Salts
- Proven track record of developing/handing multiple products form.
- Expertise in polymorph/Salts/Cocrystals/hydrate and Solvate screening and crystallization.
- Crystallization process development and optimization to get desire form.
- Collaboration with synthesis R&D, Analytical, formulation and tech transfer.
- Strong knowledge of solid-state characterization technique like XRD/BET/DVS/PLM.
- Able to troubleshoot polymorph scale up issues.
- Experience in supporting Generic drug substance development for Novel polymorph strategy.
- Aware of regulatory expectation and ICH guideline for different solid-state form.
- Good document and scientific problem-solving skill.
