Deputy Manager

Manage end-to-end direct tax compliance including advance tax computation, tax provisioning, and income tax return filings.

Review and ensure timely deduction, deposit, reconciliation, and filing of monthly and quarterly TDS returns.

Handle tax notices, assessments, show cause notices, and litigation matters by coordinating with consultants and regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with Internal Financial Control Requirements (IFCR) and closure of audit observations through timely Action Taken Reports (ATR).

Monitor and evaluate changes in direct and indirect tax laws, notifications, circulars, and amendments, and implement necessary compliance measures.

Review GST reconciliations including GSTR-2B, GST ledger reconciliations, and drive initiatives to minimize Input Tax Credit (ITC) leakage.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, and other applicable statutory returns.

Coordinate and support Tax Audit and GST Audit activities, ensuring timely submission of schedules, reconciliations, and audit requirements.

Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and automation opportunities in taxation and compliance processes.

Support monthly MIS reporting and book closure activities by ensuring accurate tax accounting, reconciliations, and compliance-related reporting.
