Purple Willows is looking for an inspiring and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager who can combine excellent Early Years practice with strong leadership. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will help lead and motivate the team, maintain high standards of safeguarding and EYFS practice, support staff development and ensure every child receives an exceptional experience. We particularly welcome someone who leads by example, brings positive energy to the nursery and wants to develop their career within a growing Early Years organisation.
