Deputy Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to join our management team.

Eco Montessori provides a safe, happy and independent environment for young people to explore and learn. We follow the Montessori approach, with a strong emphasis on child-led learning and creativity with forest school experiences.

• Duties
• Support safeguarding and child protection procedures, ensuring children’s safety at all times
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, professionals, and external agencies
• Support, coach and motivate staff across the nursery
• Support the development and implementation of the Montessori approach
• Ensure the EYFS statutory requirements are embedded through the setting
• Help ensure that policies and procedures, risk assessments and records are maintained to a high standard
• Support children with SEND and work collaboratively with our families and external agencies
• Support with staffing, deployment and ratios throughout the day

Pay: £14.00-£14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
