Role: Deputy Manager - NPS Sales

Experience: 6+ years

Roles & Responsibility:

• Acquire new corporate clients for the NPS business through B2B sales and relationship building.
• Engage with corporate HR/business teams to increase NPS penetration among employees.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities through corporate and group-company networks.
• Support the Business Development Manager in strategic business initiatives.
• Contribute to corporate sales strategy, business planning, and presentations.
• Monitor industry developments and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle and guide a sales team to achieve business objectives.

• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
