Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Manager to support the leadership team in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the care of the home. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for fostering a positive environment.
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to run the care of the home. The role is supernumerary however required to work the floor on duty where required and once per month. 40 hours per week. To work where required, days, nights and be fully flexible. On call will be required to be taken on a rota basis.
Must be RGN trained
Pay: £50,000.00 per year
