- Make daily outbound calls to generate business, review regional business monthly, track top 100 clients PAN India, ensure volume growth, visit branches for business development, and supervise adherence to conduct and training
Role & responsibilities
Do daily outbound calls to
Push calls in-house call and ensure that business is generated
Monthly review in their respective region for Business
Keeping track of top 100 clients of their region for position, business (PAN India)
Ensure there is growth in volume
Visiting Branches on regular basis for business development activity (PAN India)
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Adherence to Code of conduct, training requirements and supporting RM to achieve their KPIs
Candidate having Derivatives and Algorithm experience are eligible
