Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:Collaborate with project managers and design teams to understand project requirements and specifications
• Develop detailed execution plans, timelines, and resource requirements for construction projects
• Site Coordination:Oversee the on-site execution of construction projects
• Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project implementation
• Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of construction work
• Material Procurement:Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient sourcing of construction materials
• Inspect and approve materials for use in projects
• Budget Management:Monitor project budgets and expenses related to site execution
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Health and Safety:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites
• Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety among project teams
• Client Communication:Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
• Address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction with the execution process
• Team Leadership:Provide leadership to on-site teams and subcontractors
• Motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals
