Deputy Manager - HR

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee HRSD functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations through audits and regular checks.
• Develop strategies to improve industrial relations by maintaining open communication channels with unions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HRSd principles and practices.
• Excellent auditing skills for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in managing complex union negotiations and agreements.
