Deputy Manager / Manager -Packaging Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead packaging development projects from concept to commercialization (primary & secondary packaging).
• Drive process improvements, cost-effective solutions, and reduction of customer complaint.
• Oversee prototype development, machine/material feasibility, costing, stability, and commercial trials.
• Lead a team to deliver packaging documents, artworks, and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Collaborate with SCM, QA, QC, RA, Production, Marketing, Sales & external vendors/labs.
  Manage vendor qualification, SOPs, CAD/SolidWorks drawings, QC release parameters.
  Support new product launches with innovative and stable packaging solutions.
