Deputy Manager / Manager – Warehouse　 助理倉務經理 / 倉務經理

職責：

• 貨存管理如貨物食用期之先入先出，退貨處理，定期點存，貨物標籤標貼數量及次序安排等
• 貨倉空間管理如定期執整貨倉，調配貨品達致充份利用空間
• 控制及監察倉庫人員包括外判員工之日常運作，分工及生產力
• 年度倉庫盤點工作安排及處理
• 倉庫設備的維修保養安排及跟進
• 確保員工遵守職業安全及健康指引
• 其他上級所委派之工作安排及跟進

入職要求：

• 物流 / 供應鏈管理或相關學科之文憑或以上學歷。
• 3- 5 年大型倉庫運作經驗，具食品零售經驗更佳
• 具備倉庫管理系統 (WMS) 知識者優先。
• 積極主動，具良好溝通能力。
• 具備良好組織能力及解難技巧。
• 基本電腦操作知識。
• 良好的中英文書寫及口語能力。

Responsibilities:

• Manage goods according to expiry dates using FIFO (First-In-First-Out), handle returns, conduct regular stocktaking, and arrange labeling and sequencing of items
• Manage warehouse storage and allocate products to optimize space utilization
• Monitor and lead warehouse staff including outsourced workers for daily operations, task allocation and productivity enhancement
• Plan and execute annual warehouse audits
• Arrange and coordinate the repair and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Ensure staff comply with occupational health and safety guidelines
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of large-scale warehouse operations experience; experience in food retail industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of WMS is preferred
• Positive, self-motivated with strong communication skill.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Basic PC Knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
