Deputy Manager - Market Planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Head of Sales Planning in developing sales planning strategies and driving initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Lead, coach, and empower team members while managing performance to build a high-performing and results-driven team.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, customer demand, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Develop monthly sales targets and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive the planning and execution of new model launches by coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring timely implementation.
• Collaborate with Production Control to optimize production planning, inventory allocation, and supply-demand alignment.
• Provide management with timely business performance analysis, market insights, and executive presentations to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Sales Planning, Market Planning, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
