Deputy manager - Quality

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in In-Process Quality Control.
• Experience in preparation and handling of Hyundai & KIN 5-Star Audit documentation/reports.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of IATF 16949:2016.
• Good knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, GD&T, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of ESG requirements will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of 7 QC Tools, 8D, QMS, FMEA and MSA.
• Process knowledge in Sheet Metal, Welding, Casting and Machining.
• Experience in In-Process Quality Development and conducting internal and external process audits.
• Knowledge of IMDS and MSDS documentation.
• Experience in conducting Process, Product and System Audits.
• Ability to coordinate certification audits and customer audits, including 5-Star and Safety-Critical audits.

Preferred candidate profile

We are primarily looking for a candidate who is strong in Quality Documentation, Audit Preparation, QMS documentation and compliance activities, along with practical knowledge of Quality processes.
