Deputy Manager Training - Restaurant Operations

Role Description: The Deputy Manager Training – Restaurant Operations will lead field-based training and capability building across our Central Region (Punjab), with a focus on SOP execution, operational compliance, service excellence, and a stronger learning culture.

The role will work closely with restaurant teams and Operations leadership to identify capability gaps, deliver practical coaching, and ensure training translates into better execution on the floor.

Job Description:

• Lead field-based training and coaching across Lahore and outstation stores.
• Coach restaurant teams on SOPs, operational standards, compliance, and service excellence.
• Identify capability gaps through branch visits and develop focused learning interventions.
• Partner with Restaurant Managers and Operations leadership to strengthen team capability and operational discipline.
• Support the rollout of new SOPs, processes, campaigns, and operational initiatives.
• Build a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and improvement across restaurants.
• Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and on-the-job assessments.
• Share field insights with Training/HR and Operations to continuously improve learning solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Training & Development, Restaurant Operations, Retail, Hospitality, or a similar frontline environment.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, operational compliance, and frontline capability building.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Punjab and work closely with frontline teams.
• Ability to make learning practical, engaging, and relevant to restaurant operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
