Role & responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing services across departments.
Manage nursing manpower, duty rosters and staff deployment.
Ensure quality patient care and compliance with nursing SOPs.
Monitor nursing documentation, infection control and patient safety.
Coordinate with doctors, HR, Quality and Hospital Administration.
Train, guide and evaluate nursing staff.
Support NABH/NMC and other regulatory compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 812 years, with 3–5 years in Nursing Administration/Supervisory role
Registration: Valid State Nursing Council Registration
Preference: Medical College / Teaching Hospital / Multi-Specialty Hospital experience
