Deputy PPC Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Analyze daily requirements and identify potential issues and risks in advance.

• Create and manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to OEM customers.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams.

• Adapt production plans based on changes in timelines, demand, or resources.

• Manage and control inventory of RM, FG & SFG.

• Monitor production progress and take corrective actions for delays or bottlenecks.

• Track daily production plans versus actual performance.

• Ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.

• Prepare and maintain PPC reports and MIS.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).

• Good understanding of inventory and material management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel will be preferred.
