DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

IMMEDIATE JOINERS – HIGHLY PREFERRED

Qualification: B.Tech Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle and monitor overall project execution and day-to-day activities.
• Act as the key point of contact for client communication and coordination.
• Handle client emails, instructions, queries, submissions and follow-ups professionally and on time.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare, review and monitor DPR, WPR, progress reports and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, manpower, materials, resources and timelines.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Identify project issues, coordinate with concerned teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper project records and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and independently handle day-to-day project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of relevant Civil Engineering experience.
• Experience in Road / Roadbed Formation, Building or other Civil Construction Projects will be considered.
• Strong client communication, email handling and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of DPR, WPR, reporting and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple project activities and handle client requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and project documentation.
