About the Opportunity

We are building a talent pool of Derivatives Professionals with experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Investment Banks, and Financial Institutions.

We are interested in candidates with experience supporting OTC and/or Listed Derivatives, particularly across trade support, trade validation, middle office, confirmations, settlements, clearing, and derivatives operations.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Derivatives, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking Operations
• Experience with OTC and/or Listed Derivatives
• Strong understanding of the derivatives trade lifecycle
• Background in Trade Support, Trade Validation, Middle Office, Operations, Confirmations, Settlements, Clearing, or Reconciliation
• Experience supporting global markets or international stakeholders
• GCC / Global Capability Center experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on international shifts, depending on business requirements
