Conduct client diagnostics, Deliver treatment services (Dermatology & Cosmetolgical including Body/ Slimming ) and Enhance own technical knowledge WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF retaining and satisfying the clients and meeting Topline targets for Kaya Oman WITHIN the limits imposed by service SOPs and medical processes

Functional Planning Participate in Clinic Operational planning and review with Clinic Manager; Seek opportunities and establish mechanisms to build and enhance technical knowledge of clinic teams; Provide coaching and mentoring inputs to enable higher performance New Service Delivery (NSD) Collect and share feedback on trends / learnings on new technology or products / client needs to the NSD team Service Quality Management Conduct regular follow-ups with clients; Conduct Medical audits in clinic; Analyze medical complaints and take corrective action; Give feedback, if any, to the Operations or Medical team on any factors in clinic impacting service quality Research If interested, participate in trials with newer services and products; Present experiences in conferences and publish papers in journals CME and Doctor Training Participate and continuously enhance own technical knowledge through CME Meetings, trainings; conference, internet and websites; Keep self updated on latest techniques related to skin rejuvenation, anti-ageing, hair removal, acne and pigmentation; Participate in new machine training conducted by the vendor or internal training team; Participate in training for new services / changes in existing services from internal training team; Share client needs, market and service information with other teams for changes / new services innovation Medical Marketing Prepare write-ups on cosmetic dermatology topics and advanced technology on a periodical basis Client Engagement / Diagnostic Build rapport with the client; Inquire and understand details of the Skin , Hair , Body concerns; Use diagnostic tools to arrive at a diagnosis; For complex cases / specialist cases refer the client to a specialist doctors/seek test results; Identify the best available solution for the concern; Document the plan / recommended treatment with products from pharma / own product portfolio; Explain and align client on the treatment details, expectations, results, potential side effect, duration, etc.; Inform client about the treatment price and package (by taking information from the front desk); Direct them to the CC for closure and billing Service Delivery Receive the schedule of appointments from CM or CC; Based on type of session conduct patch tests, skin priming, etc. on the client; Follow the SOPs to the extent possible for the various services; Conduct the treatment session; Direct client to front desk for scheduling next appointment; Document client's visit related details for the client history file; Discuss and receive target achievement inputs across the various verticals to improve performance on a monthly basis; Seek opportunities to cross sell other services / product portfolio at consultation stage based on the skin analysis or subsequent sessions Medical Integration People Management Periodically identify and analyse gaps in technical knowledge of the clinic teams; Share medical knowledge and enhance team's knowledge; Continuously coach and mentor the team to enhance performance standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Education and Exp

MD in Dermatology & Venerology with atleast 5 - 8 years of specialized Cosmetic Dermatology experience with

Oman MOH Licence
