Macias Dermatology is a physician-led, rapidly expanding dermatology practice in California's Central Valley. We built this practice on a simple principle: clinical excellence, genuine work-life balance, and provider autonomy. We're now scaling through Magnus, our Management Services Organization, creating real ownership opportunities for physicians who want to grow without the burden of running a business.

What We Do

We deliver comprehensive general dermatology across medical and surgical specialties—skin cancer treatment, complex dermatologic conditions, procedural dermatology, and cosmetic services. Our clinical team includes experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who work under physician supervision, allowing you to lead while maintaining direct patient care and clinical autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $350,000–$450,000/year (negotiable based on experience)
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 20 PTO days/year
• $2,000 annual CME stipend

Requirements

• MD/DO with board certification or board eligibility (Dermatology, Primary Care, Family Medicine, or other medical specialty)
• Active California Medical License
• Willingness to lead and develop clinical teams

Pay: $350,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
