Dermatology Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
• Register new patients and update patient records accurately.
• Explain clinic services, treatment preparations, and basic aftercare instructions as directed.
• Process patient payments and issue official receipts.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists regarding patient schedules and concerns.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare daily reports, monitor appointments, and assist with end-of-day reconciliation.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.
