Dermatology Receptionist

We are looking for a polished, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing dermatology practice.

At Natura Dermatology, we believe the patient experience begins the moment someone walks through our doors. We are seeking friendly, dependable team members who enjoy working with people, creating positive first impressions, and helping patients feel welcomed and cared for.

While healthcare experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates with strong backgrounds in hospitality, luxury service, customer service, hotels, restaurants, retail, or other client-facing industries who are looking to build a career in healthcare.

This position works closely with our Front Desk Lead and provides essential support to ensure a smooth, organized, and exceptional patient experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Collect copays, balances, and process patient payments
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling needs
• Provide new patient welcome bags, informational materials, and office resources
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar updates
• Assist with patient intake forms and data entry
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate patient communications and follow-up requests
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
• Support providers, management, and front desk leadership with administrative and clerical tasks
• Other duties as assigned
