• Develop architectural design concepts, plans, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and office projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) based on project requirements.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and other visual presentations to support design development and project execution.
• Conduct site surveys and measurements to develop accurate architectural drawings and suitable design solutions.
• Coordinate with the Director, clients, contractors, consultants, and other related parties to ensure the project is executed according to the approved design, specifications, and schedule.
• Monitor project progress and conduct site visits to ensure construction implementation is consistent with the approved architectural drawings and design.
• Revise and develop designs based on project requirements, site conditions, technical considerations, and client feedback.
• Ensure architectural drawings and design documents are accurate, coordinated, and ready for construction.

Job Requirements

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architect / Architectural Designer, preferably with experience in residential, commercial, and office projects.
• Proficient in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and/or Lumion.
• Good understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, and technical drawings.
• Able to prepare working drawings, shop drawings, BoQ, and RAB.
• Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of building materials, architectural details, and construction processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct site visits and coordinate directly with project teams and clients.
• Portfolio showcasing previous architectural design and/or construction projects is required/preferred.
