Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.

Proven experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and REST API development.

Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, and complex query development.

Experience with Entity Framework and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Solid understanding of design patterns and software architecture best practices.

Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party systems.

Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in technical discussions, requirements gathering sessions, architecture reviews, and daily interactions with international stakeholders.

Experience working in medium to large corporate environments.

Availability to work remotely and collaborate with teams based in the United States.

Experience working in Agile environments and globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, and Microservices Architecture.

Experience with messaging tools such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.

Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services organizations.

Knowledge of financial products, investments, portfolios, and wealth management processes.

Experience with legacy application modernization initiatives.

Familiarity with secure software development practices, observability, monitoring, and production support.

Microsoft Azure certifications and Agile/Scrum certifications are considered a plus.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems.

Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions.

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production incidents while ensuring system stability and performance.

Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including code quality, security, performance optimization, and maintainability.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Work directly with stakeholders and business teams located in the United States.

Support technology modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of systems supporting the client’s Wealth & Asset Management operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
