Design & Architect

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Design & Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural and design concepts, preparing technical drawings and presentations.

The ideal candidate has strong design skills, technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Licensed Architect or with relevant professional certification is an advantage, depending on project requirements.

2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, drafting, construction, or related fields preferred.

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building materials.

Good knowledge of design principles, space planning, and construction methods.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Willingness to conduct site visits when required.
